They do now.  I've just pushed a fix that integrates the random
vegetation shader with the atmospheric scattering.  Please re-test.

On my system I see no performance degradation with this compared with
normal tree rendering,  which I know was a concern for Thorsten.  As
always, I'm interested if anyone sees any perf impact, compared with
running the atmospheric scattering with the "old" tree rendering.  If
you think you see degradation, please modify Effects/tree.eff and
insert an additional <property> tag into the first technique predicate
section, which will allow you to toggle the new behaviour on or off
in-sim.

Question for Thorsten:  I've only integrated the
terrain-haze.[vert|frag], not terrain-haze-detailed.[vert|frag]. How
much additonal quality does that add, and is it appropriate for trees?

Hopefully I'll be able to do a similar fix for the random buildings
before the release.

As always, fixing things trumps pointless arguments.
