Hi Alan Thank you for your reply. I have looked at both of the links you sent to me. I am not a computer expert but have tried the one suggesting the command prompt --prop:/environment/params/real-world-weather-fetch=true It does not work for me – but then i am probably typing it in the wrong place. Can you tell me at what point I should type this promp, or do I have to put it into a file/folder in the main programme ? Remember I am a computer idiot so please be precise step by step instructions if you can help me.
I hope you can help me as I always like to fly “live weather”. The real weather in the UK can change dramatically over a 150 mile route. I look forward to your help Larry From: Alan Teeder Sent: Wednesday, August 24, 2016 4:53 PM To: FlightGear user discussions Subject: Re: [Flightgear-users] PLEASEA HELP WITH LIVE WEATHER (METARS) Also see this topic on the forum – it may be easier to follow.https://forum.flightgear.org/viewtopic.php?f=25&t=30136 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- _______________________________________________ Flightgear-users mailing list Flightgear-users@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/flightgear-users
