Hi Cecil,

Sorry about that. I've been doing the narrowcast
less often this week - only a few hours a day -
because at the start of 2006 I emptied all of my audio files
and haven't loaded up a large amount of music again.
I'm doing smaller segments of time, so,
this means that the programs aren't running 24/7
like they used to. I'm hoping that by the end of the week
that it'll be full of music/sound again -
there's a few thousand discs right behind me that I need to load up,
so you'll be able to listen while I do this during the week.
I've got some Ben Patterson, Fluxus, Textsound stuff to mix in with others
so it should be pretty varied in style/sound within the next few weeks.

For now - tonight, overnight really, I'm leaving on a generative music
piece of sleepy bye sounds that I'm creating (reminiscent of Eno's ambient work -
think: "Thursday Afternoon" type sound).
If you get a chance to tune in overnight tonight, then this is what you'll hear.
I have a feeling that maybe I should just let this play whenever
I'm not playing someone else's work?

Also, make sure that your audio player of choice is set to receive .m3u streams
(a now popular form of streaming [NPR feeds, etc...]). Check your prefs.
I use QuickTime to receive and mostly iTunes to send out
(except if I'm using some other special software to send out my work).

I never feel that my music is sparse or minimal; the way fat people never really think they're fat. I certainly don't consider myself a minimalist at all.
