I'm not using Markdown, but I have an example of doing this using standard

I did need to do some crude fixing to the baseurl stuff to make it work
with my web setup; I'm afraid I haven't gotten around to cleaning it all up
and proposing a merge to trunk, and have now largely forgotten the details,
but all my changes should be in the dg-misc branch.

(Although it's quite possible that other people have done the same fixes
since I made my changes, and I simply haven't noticed. I haven't looked at
this stuff for a while.)
