Stephan's use case handles the possibility to add a comment in
the timeline for Control artifacts. Currently a Control artifact is
allowed to have the following cards:
D time-and-date-stamp
T (+|-|*)tag-name artifact-id ?value?
U user-name
Z checksum
Wouldn't it be more logical to allow C-cards in Control artifacts
as well, for display in the timeline? Then a comment can be
given to ALL Control artifacts in the timeline, not only the ones
using [+-]close. I think that would be a more logical extension
than allowing cancelling T-cards with a value.
