question: as per changelog of version 1.30 the sync protocol bug causing
the hiccup was fixed for that release? does this mean the `--verily' flag
is obsolete these days? because, for one it is not (or no longer?)
documented in `fossil help sync' and second, it still is an accepted
option of `fossil sync'. what is the exact state of affairs in these
matters?
