From using the development version of Fossil, I have not found any more issues at all at least for how I use Fossil. A cosmetic issue would be for visiting the URL <http://fossil-scm.org/index.html/uv/thisfiledoesnotexist>, it says _Document thisfiledoesnotexist not found in tip_. This makes it sound as if it is trying to fallback to tip to display a document, so one may then visit <http://fossil-scm.org/index.html/uv/BUILD.txt> where that files does exist in tip.
