Hi, I've notice a regression since checkin [f74f7014], there's no more help text for each settings when doing "fossil help set" or "fossil set --help".
Moreover, since mkindex can now extract individual help text from settings, we could add individual settings help text from the CLI when typing: "fossil set <setting-name> --help".
