Just create a directory ".fossil-settings", and put a file named
"crlf-glob" in it.
.fossil-settings/crlf-glob
Fossil itself has an example:
<http://www.fossil-scm.org/index.html/artifact/2da052c2bd7a53c5>
Then do
fossil add .fossil-settings/crlf-glob
fossil commit
The warning will be gone once and for all.
