I'm building up a new Fossil server on this VPS now - on an ARM64-2G machine in Paris. It is slow-going. Apparently the 2.99/mo ARM64 machines are not very fast :-) Assuming I get this running, I'll start up a "fossil server" and let people pound on it, in order to try to repro the problem.
