A few days ago I had already composed an e-mail to this list that my tagname wasn't working in a URL. Fortunately I had the insight that there may have been an invisible character in the tagname before I clicked the send button. It turned out to be a space at the end of the tagname; I wonder if there is something in the web interface that makes this particularly easy to get -- I certainly didn't intend for a space to be there. This is a tag that I had created from the command line, and then moved (deleted and added) to a different checkin using the Edit Check-in web interface (with Safari). So, stripping spaces and control character from the ends of tagnames seems like a great idea to me! e _______________________________________________ fossil-users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.fossil-scm.org:8080/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/fossil-users
