I find both types of diffs complementary to each other and I am happy that fossil provides both. Traditional unified diffs are useful to generate and review patches while side-by-side diffs provide a great bird's eye view of the the battle field. Fossil is unique that it generates all these different views out of the box from the same executable while the competition would require installing/configuring 3-rd party stand-alone applications to achieve the same results. --Leo-- _______________________________________________ fossil-users mailing list fossil-users@lists.fossil-scm.org http://lists.fossil-scm.org:8080/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/fossil-users
