Hello,
I've been always wondering how serious are various failures man gets
from building/testing fossil release.
For example taking 2.4 release I get those:

on OpenBSD 6.2-current.
Obviously some Tcl'Tk's lmap seems to be missing on Solaris/OpenBSD, but
even withouth those, Ubuntu's failures looks also pretty important,
aren't they?
