Since Arch is a version of GNU/Linux, the right term is Arch GNU/Linux.

As many people on this list know, I too prefer the term GNU/Linux, and it's been GNOME's official policy to use the term. FWIW, I try to avoid this problem by referring to the project as just "Arch".
