Kevin. If you would rather do your screen dump from the command prompt (or in a script), try /usr/openwin/bin/xwd -root -out foo.xwd. This will create a file of the root window of the AW/WP that you are logged into named foo.xwd. If you need the image file in a different format, try /opt/windu/bin/convert foo.xwd foo.gif. This will create a gif file of your screendump (convert can also make bmp, jpeg, pdf, ps, and dozens of other formats).
