If your message queue error has anything to do with a Solaris kernel
limit being reached, it can be checked by running
ipcs -qa
which will list the details of the shared memory message queues being
utilized by system. The QNUM can not total more than 40. The OS
default limit (therefore the I/A limit) is a 40 (msgtql).
