It is not about SUPPORT_NEW_FIELDDATA, but 
SUPPORT_BACKWARD_FIELDDATA.

In fcp package, in dbf_common.inc it is defined
SUPPORT_BACKWARD_FIELDDATA but in
last package on sourceforge not.
