actually by now it is (among others) GetHomeDir + '/.config/' + ApplicationName, according to the Desktop Base Directory Spec "$XDG_CONFIG_HOME defines the base directory relative to which user specific configuration files should be stored. If $XDG_CONFIG_HOME is either not set or empty, a default equal to $HOME/.config should be used." http://standards.freedesktop.org/basedir-spec/basedir-spec-0.6.html I guess someone died the death of a thousand dotfiles, and figured that it can't continue like that :) > > Michalis cheers, Danny _______________________________________________ fpc-devel maillist - fpc-devel@lists.freepascal.org http://lists.freepascal.org/mailman/listinfo/fpc-devel
