Hi everybody.
Since a long time I am planing to help to improve the use of threads in
Free Pascal.
Now I added a proposal to implement "Thread Events" to the appropriate
wiki page ( http://wiki.lazarus.freepascal.org/OpenMP_support ).
I think it's not too hard to implement the first step (TEventThreads),
as this would just be an enhancement of the RTL and this already would
provide some very useful stuff.
I'm not likely to implement this on my own during the next month, as
right now it has no great priority for my work, but if someone wants to
work together with me on this, we might start soon.
