Yes, we do not allow public write to the svn repository. There are two
options:
a) you can ask for a personal svn branch in which you will then get
write access, and FPC developers can then merge your code to svn trunk
once you consider it to be done
b) you attach a patch with your changes to a bug report at
http://bugs.freepascal.org , and then an FPC developer can again check
your changes into svn
