Rick - There is 5pt right cell padding. The Table Designer window is shown at the link, and the table cells have 3pt Top/Bottom, and 5pt Left/Right. I've changed it to a larger number, with no luck.
The Anchored Frame properties are Below Current Line, Right Alignment.
