To clarify about the reviews/inquiries, there appears to be an inquiry (by 
Parliament) with submissions from the public being accepted by July 1st, and a 
review (to be done by INLSM, referred by PJCIS) that only accepts invited 
submissions. I wonder, how is the review by INSLM independent when INSLM is 
itself a government body?
