Yes. Though RELENG_3 is a branch tag.

BP = branchpoint. Look at RELENG_3_BP, it's 1.222, that's when it was split.
Look at RELENG_3, it's 1.222.0.2, which would be the second revision of
that file since it was branched, I think.
