Hmmm, didn't know about the second one, and doesn't seem to be working
either (on both 7.0 and 6.3):
sysctl hw.syscons.kbd_reboot=0
sysctl: unknown oid 'hw.syscons.kbd_reboot'

It seems you are right. Just checked on 6.3 and 7.0 and it does not
exist. It does exist in 6.2, however.
