Hi there,

I have just got a new machine with an Intel Wireless 8260 chip inside,
but the highest performance I could get from it is 54 Mpbs.

According to the iwm(4) man page, 802.11ac is supported for this
driver, but unfortunately the wireless router I use does not support
that, but 802.11a/b/g/n only. The tech specs for Intel Wireless 8260
[1] tell me that 802.11n is supported by the hardware.

Is there a way to use this card under FreeBSD in 802.11n mode? I
could not find any documentation on that.

Thanks,
Gábor
