So, to complete the information. I have 2 Compact Flash, one 2GB and the other 16GB. The 2GB one doesn't need to be added to the BIOS boot list. The 16GB one needs to be added to the BIOS boot list. I'm fine with that, it means I can't use the 16GB CF when I want to boot from the internal disk, but it's not a big deal.
