muPDF is a Windows program that will (at least its non-graphics
parts) run under Japheth's HX DOS extender, in a powerful enough
machine. Since the minimum requirements to do so are much like
the minimum to run Windows 98, DOS here has the same role as the
stone in the stone soup...

dxf is a file format supported by AutoDesk for exchange of files
between different brands of CAD. Since other makers cracked the
dwg format it lost much of its importance, but is still the only
widely supported CAD format with freely available full documentation.

AFAIK AutoCAD for DOS can be found now only as illegal copies and
in an April Fools' story that circulated in some forums.
