ldappasswd is unlikely to use the encryption scheme that is expected by PAP (or just about any other module).

Use an LDIF file, or some other means to set the data to be what you want it to be, not something you're not sure what it might be.

and response as follows :

Enter LDAP Password:

Result: Success (0)"

But why still have error ? how can I to solve the problem ?
