No. Clipboard is activated by default, so nothing is actually required.
Just checked with current nightly on debian and here it works like expected.
Maybe run with /log-level:debug and check if anything in the logs is
suspicious?
Just note, we ignore the selection buffer on X11 side, so you need to
use <ctrl>+c there too.

+clipboard /drive:tmp,/tmp /drive:chans,/home/chans
/size:1920x1080 /u:sam /v:10.0.0.3
anything else needed? any settings on the Windows side
to consder?
