Dear all:
I use
freesurfer to process a brain data and I met a problem.
In running "Process volume" . It can't
finish and the message pop up said:

/tmp/lab/exp/subject/bee04/mri/brain/cor-001...
not found .. stripskull first.
but in the process display, it shows the stripskull
have been finished.

in progress --- segment white matter.
There seems no solution for this problem in the
manual.
I think it should be related with my image
intensity and the image is dark. The white matter intensity of the image
is about 70. I don't know how to tune the
parameters in preference menu. Is there any general
suggestion for this problem? I attach my log
file in this mail.
