We don't currently have a full set of UK English prompts, the prompts list (soon to be updated with some new prompts) is available at:
http://svn.freeswitch.org/svn/freeswitch/trunk/docs/phrase/phrase_en.xml If you are going to get a set professionally recorded, we would be happy to host those files and integrate into the build system like we did the russian sounds.
