If you do an Internet search for something like "JavaScript number to
words", you will find numerous examples of algorithms which convert an
integral numeric value to its "wordy" equivalent.

Most of these examples define a function, which you can copy-and-paste
into your rule, or into your JavaScript Globals.  Then you can call the
function with your field value in your rule.

These solutions all work a little differently, so you might have to try
a couple to see which gives you the best results, or modify the code
yourself.  Also, you might have to strip the dollar sign ($) from the
string first, before calling the function, depending on which solution
you're using.
