Fix command-line parsing of fvwm-convert-2.6
* I forgot simple logic: and versus or.
* I also couldn't count the number of entries in an array.
Both fixed. Now the destination file for conversion is optional if not
specified, and honoured if it is. All extraneous command-line options
produce an error message.
