Hello all,
I've started working on replacing Xinerama with XRandR, the result of which
are here on this branch (ta/randr):

Right now, this should just be a drop-in replacement for Xinerama. I have yet
to write any code to handle screen rotation and detecting new/removed
monitors, etc.
I have though updated the "StartsOnScreen" style option. This will now take
the name of the output. For example:
Style XTerm StartsOnScreen VGA1
I'd be interested to know how this works out for others, since my ability to
code for RandR is rather limited on a laptop so some of these things I'm doing
blind for now.
