FYI, I confirmed a bug with Check Point TAC where SmartDashboard R71.20 running on Win7 64 bit is unable to perform IPS Updates.
Works fine on a 32bit OS but not on 64bit on 3 different PCs I've tried.Something about gtar and paths I think In case anyone is wondering.
