Not sure if this works on the Wallstreet, but I know on later model like 
the Pismo, if the CPU daughtercard (does WS have one of those?), if the 
card is not fully seated, the CPU connector pins don't make good contact 
and you get problems with booting.

If the Wallstreet has a daughtercard for the CPU, make sure it is fully 
seated. That *might* be the source of the problem(s). Those who have 
experience with Wallstreets, please feel free to correct me or 
confirm/deny this as a potential source for Sid's problem.
