How can I unsubscribe from this list?
When I send to comfermation to the unscribe email it bounces. I have tried for about a week now.

Actually, this error likely means that your e-mail is sending something other than plain text, like html, or rtf.
Check your message send settings in whatever e-mail client you're using.
