Frensdorff's /Mah.beret ha-Masorah ha-gedolah /is available at Google Books.Unfortunately, neither of these is searchable, but I have had limited success in searching Ginsburg by using the indexing feature in my PDF creator program.
Another brief reminder: No two Hebrew Bible manuscripts have identical masorahs, either magna or parva. So Ginsburg, Frensdorff, and even Weil are compilations from a variety of manuscript sources. Weil, of course, is essentially Leningradensis, relating directly to his work as masoretic editor for BHS.
