Summary: Placement of buddy icons over buddy name

Initial Comment:
When buddy icons are shown in the buddy list, the
default behaviour, when the length of the buddy list
and the buddy name are longer than the width of the
window, is to have to scroll accross to see the rest of
the name and the buddy icon. I think it would be an
improvement if the buddy icon was always flush with the
right hand side of the window, and if the buddy name
was longer than the window, it would go under the icon.
You would still be able to scroll to see the rest of
the buddy name.
