I have no idea how big the packet that you formatted your sn is, but you have to send it to aol, aol then has to send it to EVERY person on your list. And then you send it again, and aol has to send it to EVERY person on your list again. Just think of all the junk traffic that creates because you want to annoy the hell out of you're friends, and cause their UI's to have to update every N seconds. Now imagine if two people are doing this.
