Hello. It has been a long time since I have done this, but here are the steps I believe you need to take. What I did before was to save the attachment first. I used outlook express, so I opened the message that contains the attachment and selected save attachments from the file menu. I am not sure what e-mail client you are using. Anyway, if you get the attachment saved to disc, you can navigate to it in windows explorer. Then right click or press the applications key while on the file. Go to properties. You may need to use your screen reader's cursoring keys to find the unblock button. Again, I know it was in the properties, but you may need to go through the various tabbs in properties before you find it. I wish I had a blocked file to test this on, but hopefully this will get you pointed in the right direction.
