[Audyssey] OT---recording question

Hey guys; Just wanted to ask if anyone know how to record something from 
within the computer itself. Lets say I want to record the sound of me 
playing a game while giving verbal instructions onto a mp3. Is there a way 
to set it up so I can do it directly without having to record that onto a 
tape and then record the tape back onto the computer?
