Greetings, the following patch series modifies all core metrics for AIX using the proposed changes suggested in BUG146 by Michael Perzl.
PATCH 01/14 : contributor update PATCH 02/14 : disk metrics PATCH 03/14 : memory metrics PATCH 04/14 : load metrics PATCH 05/14 : cpu speed metric PATCH 06/14 : machine type metric PATCH 07/14 : cpu num metric PATCH 08/14 : cpu metrics PATCH 09/14 : os release metric PATCH 10/14 : network metrics PATCH 11/14 : process metrics PATCH 12/14 : boottime metric PATCH 13/14 : os name metric PATCH 14/14 : style and formatting fixes I've tried to minimize the changes as possible and separate most of the unrelated changes in different patches, but since I have no AIX system to test, I hadn't been able to compile test the patches (eventhough I tried to cover for obvious issues and to track dependencies by hand) so if someone with AIX access can apply the patches and validate they are self contained and correct will be greatly appreciated. Each patch has been done reimplementing the logic suggested and merging it with the current code so the end result is not the same than the original proposed metric file, but in the process I hope to had fixed some bugs (and hopefully didn't introduce more). ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Microsoft Defy all challenges.
