Although both gmond and gmetad require libganglia, neither has a
"Requires: libganglia = ${version}" directive in ganglia.spec.in to
ensure that the corresponding version is also installed/updated. Is
there a reason for this, or should the spec template be changed?
Also, since the web UI has been split out into a separate package, are
there any reasons for the noarch package build instructions to remain
in ganglia.spec.in, or should it be removed as well?
