Sorry, I meant to do that and then forgot just before I checked in the changes.

I think that would be a good idea.  I didn't do it up front because of the 
impact that moving the .conf file would have on backward compatibility.  
However, I do think that it would be cleaner to have all of the configuration 
files under an /etc/ganglia subdirectory.
