anyone remember why this was added to the XML DTD? (some 4 years ago by
sacerdoty as per the ChangeLog) seems to have been designed for the main grid
view of the frontend but haven't been able to track down how is it being used
(if it is) and what is the source attribute meant to indicate in this view.
<!ELEMENT HOSTS EMPTY>
<!ATTLIST HOSTS UP CDATA #REQUIRED>
<!ATTLIST HOSTS DOWN CDATA #REQUIRED>
<!ATTLIST HOSTS SOURCE (gmond | gmetric | gmetad) #REQUIRED>
gmetad is meant to generate it through a filter that only applies if
source->id = GRID_NODE, but I don't know enough of the frontend or gmetad code
to figure out how it is meant to work, anyone?
I am also curious to see how a CLUSTER view would use HOSTS elements as per
the DTD
