To enable interaction with views in the Web UI your auth system cannot be Readonly http://sourceforge.net/apps/trac/ganglia/wiki/ganglia-web-2/AuthSystem As far usage patterns you could make your own custom graphs something akin to e.g. load report that integrate number of CPUs with load.
