This patch adapts Paolo Bonzini's patch for PR39867 to handle the remaining two cases in fold_cond_expr_with_comparison that produce MIN rather than MAX. Bootstrapped on i686-pc-linux-gnu and verified to fix the test case. -- http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=40547
