--- Comment #1 from joseph at codesourcery dot com <joseph at codesourcery dot com> --- The usual rule applies that large-file defines *must* come before any direct or indirect system header includes (with glibc if they come late they simply won't be effective, for some OSes the build may break if they come too late). This patch seems the right approach in general.
