I don't think we have any evidence yet that this is the problem which also hits us with other packages builds. If you have other cases please open separate BZs for that and we will try to figure out whether it is actually a DUP of this one. With "targets" I meant other GCC build targets. This pattern doesn't look s390x-specific to me, although I haven't tried to reproduce it somewhere else.
